FAMILY RITUAL – TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Family Ritual mobile application.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Family Ritual may only be used by individuals 18 years or older.
Parents or legal guardians may allow children to use the App under supervision through a parent-managed account.
2. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of their account
- supervising children who use the App
- ensuring the accuracy of account information
- safeguarding login credentials
3. Permitted Use
Family Ritual is intended solely for personal family use to help organize routines and daily habits for children.
Users agree not to:
- misuse the App
- reverse engineer the software
- disrupt the service
- use the App for unlawful purposes
4. Subscription Terms
Family Ritual may offer optional subscription plans providing access to premium features.
Available subscription options may include:
- Monthly subscription
- Annual subscription
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Pricing may vary by region and will be displayed in the App Store before purchase.
All billing and refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's App Store policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, design elements, and software within the App are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App without written permission.
6. Gamification Features
Family Ritual includes gamified elements such as: rewards, streaks, achievements, collectible stickers.
These features are intended solely to motivate routine completion and engagement. They do not represent real-world value or financial rewards.
Parents remain responsible for determining whether these motivational systems are appropriate for their children.
7. User Generated Sharing
Family Ritual may allow parents to generate shareable images or summaries related to their family's routine progress.
Parents may choose to share this content externally through messaging applications or social networks.
Family Ritual does not automatically publish user content publicly.
Parents remain responsible for any information they choose to share outside the App.
8. Parenting Guidance Disclaimer
Family Ritual is designed as a digital tool to help families organize daily routines.
The App does not provide medical, psychological, or professional parenting advice.
Parents remain fully responsible for supervising children and determining whether the routines suggested by the App are appropriate for their family.
Family Ritual does not guarantee behavioral outcomes or developmental results.
9. Wellness Disclaimer
Family Ritual is intended as a family organization tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or behavioral treatment.
The App is not a substitute for professional advice from qualified healthcare or child development professionals.
Parents should exercise their own judgment when applying routines or recommendations.
10. Limitation of Liability
Family Ritual is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the App.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
